Upgrading to Windows 11 26H2: Don't Miss Out on Crucial Security Updates!

Microsoft announced that Windows 11 23H2 Enterprise, Education, and IoT Enterprise editions will stop receiving security updates next month, following the end of support for Home and Pro editions in November 2025.
Users are advised to upgrade to Windows 11 26H2, which will reach end of support for consumers in October 2029.
The update is available in a phased rollout and can be manually checked for in the Windows Update section.
Microsoft also extended the free Windows 10 Extended Security Updates program for home users until October 2027 and provided information on other products reaching end of support in 2026.
Windows Server 2022 and certain editions of Windows 11 will also stop receiving updates soon.
Microsoft warned that devices running unsupported versions of Windows will stop receiving security updates after the next year's certificate rotation.
